Caramel is a rather quiet and serious Rava. She prides herself on being polite, well-mannered, and tactful. Professional at all times. You'd be forgiven for thinking she comes off cold. After all, it is her intention. She prefers to do business with a silver tongue and a sharp wit, but she's never far from her pistol. Ever cautious, this extends to her personal life, her being a solitary figure with little trust to lend to others. Help, though, she is glad to give.Caramel is the sort who prefers to be in total control of a situation, even to his own detriment. He keeps up his business-like demeanor as long as possible. Were one to ask him what he's like alone, underneath it all - well, he'd play it off. But truthfully? One gets the sense that his rigidity has become quite ingrained.

Present

Caramel lends his talents to a variety of odd jobs, taking on whatever under the board tasks need doing. Primarily, he fences stolen goods, though he will sometimes take on smuggling jobs if the pay is good. Since his existence is focused on mere survival at the moment, he doesn't tend to scrutinize his employers. Blissful ignorance, as they say.Caramel isn't a very positive person, far too cynical to consider change as a real possibility. He thinks all people are stuck in their ways forever. Especially, he feels he will never escape his mistakes and falling out with an ex-partner, and so he is currently resigned to meting out his existence however he can. Caramel has managed to build up enough repute to continue to work... but his past life (and debt) haunt him.

Like many Rava, Caramel initially came from the Golmore Jungle. The desire for adventure and novelty overtook her quickly. Fantasies of seeing the world and it's beauty crossed her mind often. She may have stayed in Golmore her whole life, however, if not for the insistence of her childhood friend, Sundae.Shortly after leaving the jungle for adventure, Caramel and Sundae grew close, and (after picking some ill-advised monikers,) fell in love. They were both wild. Caramel was almost unrecognizably emotive. Still, she had nothing on Sundae, a whirlwind, who led them both into less-than-upstanding careers. They turned to crime for gil - grifting, smuggling, the works - with little consideration beyond the idea of a future traveling together.Caramel and Sundae fell into the gambling business, striking target after target before being taken in by a larger organization. Sundae was ambitious. Deals were made. At some point, Caramel was thrown into the streets; confused, angry, and shackled to a bad reputation.He abandoned his given name, as is tradition, but he still clings to his family name, never quite willing to give up the idea of home.
